Installing your token or smartcard on Linux

Installation Steps

  1. Check if your token usb or smartcard isn't connected to the usb port
  2. Confirm that you have administrator permissions
  3. Download the version of the drivers Safenet Autentication Client(SAC) most suited for your computer operating system

4. Decompress the zip file with the password provided in the letter that  accompanies the token or smartcard 

5. Run the decompressed file (.deb) with administrator permissions on the computer

6. Follow the instructions showned until the installation is concluded (it's necessary that you accept the terms and conditions of the drivers licence)
