To register your Remote Certificates on your computer follow these steps on the Multicert Remote Sign app:
- Click on Add [Adicionar] certificates to register your Certificates on the Windows keystore
- Next in the browser will appear a client account login window where you'll be asked to insert your users email address , the password and then click Next
- If you Forgot your password click on the Forgot Password? link. You'll have to insert your users email address and captcha and will send a reset password email so that you can define a new password
- Next you have to give acess to see your Remote Certificates to continue click Accept.
- This strong authentication operation happens for security measures everytime you loose your session on the Multicert Remote Sign app.
- After receiving this message you can close your browser window and continue with the process on the Multicert Remote Sign app
- The app will show your Remote Certificates available on Multicert's cloud.
- Please select the Certificate you want to register on you computer clicking on the page icon on the right
- A registration confirmation window will appear. You'll need to confirm the data and confirm (Confirmar) the Registration.
- then will appear a window confirming the registrations (Certificado registado com sucesso). Click on the Back (Voltar) button and the list os Remote Certificates will appear. This option can be repeated for all the Remote Certificates listed.
- After registering the remote Certificates that you'll use you can click on the Eye icon to see the details (Detalhes) of the Certificates or eliminate the ones you don't need. After this you can use your Remote Certificates on your computer.
