Installation Steps
- Check if your token usb or smartcard isn't connected to the usb port
- Confirm that you have administrator permissions
- Download the version of the drivers Safenet Autentication Client(SAC) most suited for your computer operating system

4. Download the file CCID-installer
5. Decompress the zip file with the password provided in the letter that accompanies the token or smartcard
6. Run the decompressed files (.pkg or .dmg) with administrator permissions on the computer
6. Follow the instructions showned until the installation is concluded (it's necessary that you accept the terms and conditions of the drivers licence)
If you have a Qualified Digital Certificates you'll need to Activate the Certificate before using it. The Activation will change the state of the certificate from Suspended to Active.
