The certificate PIN/Credential is sent by SMS to the mobile phone number associated with the Certificate request.
To recover the PIN/Credential of your certificate, you must access the Recovery page and fill in the required information. The recovery service has a cost of €10 (VAT included). Once payment has been made, a new SMS will be sent to the associated mobile phone number containing the original PIN.
